3. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days for most locations across India
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (additional charges may apply for select locations)
Remote Areas: May require 10-14 business days for delivery. Exact timelines will be provided at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and order details. You can track your shipment in real-time and know exactly when to expect your delivery.
You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your RoopGems account under "My Orders" section.
5. Packaging
Your jewellery is carefully packaged in premium, protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each item is securely wrapped and placed in an elegant RoopGems box to preserve the elegance of your purchase.
6. Delivery Issues
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery, you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. RoopGems is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss for items passes to you upon delivery to the courier partner. We recommend that you sign for packages and inspect items immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, contact us within 24 hours.
