1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Returns initiated after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
- • Item must be unused and in original condition
- • All original packaging and tags must be intact
- • Item must be in resalable condition
- • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- • Defective items are eligible regardless of condition
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Custom or personalized items (as per specifications)
- • Items purchased on sale or clearance (final sale items)
- • Used, worn, or damaged items
- • Items without original tags or packaging
- • Items purchased more than 7 days ago
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:

- • We will review your request and send you return authorization
- • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- • Ship the item to the address provided by us
- • Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package
5. Return Shipping
Defective Items:
Return shipping is completely free for defective or damaged items. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Change of Mind Returns:
For returns due to change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, we provide prepaid labels for customers across India.
6. Return Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- • We will inspect and verify the item within 3-5 business days
- • You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- • Upon approval, your refund will be processed
- • If the item doesn't meet return conditions, we will notify you
7. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is approved:
- • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method
- • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- • For wallet payments, refunds appear in your wallet within 24 hours
- • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective items or items with manufacturing defects. For a replacement, you can also return your item and place a new order. If the replacement item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- • Contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos
- • Do not discard the original packaging
- • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- • Return shipping will be completely free
10. Special Cases
Sale or Clearance Items:
Sale items are typically final sale. However, defective items are always returnable.
Gift Items:
Gift purchases can be returned within 7 days with original packaging. We recommend asking the giver to contact us if you need to return a gift.
